For first-time customers, we recommend starting with our smallest quantity (typically 3.5 grams) when trying a new strain or product. This allows you to assess the product's effects and determine if it meets your expectations before investing in a larger quantity. Please note that we cannot offer a money-back guarantee due to the varying effects of cannabinoid products among individuals. Additionally, as our products are consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products, due to safety and compliance reasons.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery, provided they're in their original packaging, unused, and include proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
Please note that due to the varying effects of cannabinoid products and the consumable nature of our goods, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products.
Returns Process
To initiate a return for an unopened product within the 7-day delivery window, please email us at Schmood.us@outlook.com to notify us of your intention. Then, ship the product back to us and provide our team with the tracking number. Once we receive and verify the package, please allow 7-10 business days for our warehouse team to process your return and issue a refund.
Exchanges
We do not accommodate exchange requests for opened products. However, for unopened products, you can exchange them for a different strain or product of equal value within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet our safety standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Schmood.us@outlook.com with a photo of the issue, your order number, email address, and a brief description. Our dedicated team will promptly address the issue by providing a replacement or refund for the affected items.
